أثر القيم التنظيمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي على أدائه الوظيفي

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن القيم التنظيمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي، ومدى تأثيرها على أدائه الوظيفي، وذلك لأن مجموعة القيم التنظيمية التي يعتنقها الأفراد في المنظمات بصفة عامة، والأستاذ الجامعي بصفة خاصة، تؤثر تأثيرا قويا ومباشرا في سلوكهم وأدائهم الوظيفي، وعلاقاتهم برؤسائهم، مرؤوسيه، زملائهم والمتعاملين معهم، وتعكس هذه القيم درجة التماسك والتكامل بين أعضاء المنظمة، فبقدر نشاط البعد القيمي للأستاذ وقوته تتحدد كفاءة الأداء الوظيفي له بين زملائه. Abstract : The présent study aims to reveal the organizational values of the university professor and the extent of their impact on his job performance, because the organizational values set by individuals in the organizations in général and the university professor in particular have a strong and direct influence on their behavior and their performance and their relationships with their bosses, subordinates, And reflect the dégrée of cohérence and integration among the members of the organization. As far as the activity of the value dimension of the professor and his strength, the efficiency of his job performance is determined among his colleagues.
