واقع الإفصاح البيئي وبيان إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة في التقارير المتكاملة لدى المصارف الإسلامية - دراسة حالة مصرف الراجحي السعودي -

Résumé: تتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الإفصاح البيئي وبيان إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة في التقارير المتكاملة لدى المصارف الإسلامية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإجراء تحليل على التقارير المنشورة لمصرف الراجحي الإسلامي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مصرف الرحجي يلتزم بالإفصاح عن الأداء البيئي ضمن التقارير المتكاملة المنشورة ويتجلى ذلك في إستخدام الوسائل والمعدات التي تؤدي إلى الإقتصاد في الطاقة والحرص على ضمان الطاقة الصديقة للبيئة ،كما تمكن المصرف من إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة بشكل أفضل وذلك من خلال التواصل الفعال والمنتظم والحرص على تصنيف ودمج مخاوفهم وتوقعاتهم في استراتجية بما يعزز تحقيق القيمة بصورة مستدامة. This study aims to know the reality of environmental disclosure and statement of stakeholder relationship management in the integrated reports of Islamic banks. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher conducted an analysis on the published reports of Al Rajhi Islamic Bank. The study concluded that Al Rajhi Bank is committed to disclosing environmental performance within the published integrated reports, and this is evident in the use of means and equipment that lead to energy savings and keenness to ensure environmentally friendly energy. The bank was also able to manage stakeholder relationships better through effective and regular communication and keenness to classify and integrate their concerns and expectations into a strategy in a way that enhances value creation in a sustainable manner.
