صراع النخب على إصلاح المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر،لجنة إصلاح المنظومة التربوية سنة 2000 أنموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال الى تبيين كيف أن المدرسة الجزائرية تعرضت لصراع ايديولوجي خطير أثر سلبا على الإصلاح التربوي الذي انطلق سنة 2000 ، فقد طغى الجانب السياسي و الايديولوجي على الجانب العلمي الحيادي، و قد ظهر ذلك بوضوح في التوجهات الأيديولوجية لأعضاء لجنة الإصلاح وفي سير أشغالها و في القرارات التي اتخذتها حيث طغى عليها الاعتبارات الأيديولوجية على الاعتبارات العلمية، و سنعالج هذا الموضوع في عنصرين أساسيين أولا ما يتعلق بلجنة الإصلاح من حيث أعضاءها و سير أشغالها و ردود الافعال حولها، ثانيا ندرس إصلاح المواد ذات الطابع الأيديولوجي. This article aims at studying the ideological conflict that broke out between Algerian elites on the reform of educational system. In 2000, the Algerian authorities took the decision of this reform shortly after the new president was elected. In fact, this critical conflict arose from the very beginning and could be seen at many levels. This struggle appeared clearly at the level of ideological tendencies of the members of national committee of reform; in the activities and the works of this committee, and finally in the final outputs of this reform. We found out that this reform was influenced by ideological and political factors more than scientific and pedagogical considerations. This paper is divided into two parts. The first one talks about the national committee of reform. The second one deals with the content of the reform.
