جودة التعليم العالي من خلال التعليم الافتراضي " التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا أنوذجا " Quality Higher Education Through Virtual Education " Distance Education In Light Of The Corona Pandemic Is A Model"

Résumé: يعد التعليم الافتراضي من بين أنماط التعليم العالي المستحدثة، التي يمكن اللجوء إليها في الظروف العادية وغير العادية، وهو النمط الذي تم اللجوء إليه من طرف بعض الدول ومنها الجزائر في ظل جائحة كورونا التي جعلت من مواصلة التعليم العالي بنمطه التقليدي أو الكلاسيكي أمر غير ممكن، وتم تطبيق هذا النمط المستحدث من التعليم بالجزائر بموجب مذكرات ومراسلات صادرة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي موجهة إلى مدراء ومسؤولي مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر، إلا أنه من الواضح أن الجزائر قد تبنت هذا النمط من التعليم العالي في ظل ظروف استثنائية استدعتها الحاجة إلى مواصلة التعليم العالي والتكيف مع الظروف التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا، إذ لم يتم التحضير له مسبقا، وهو ما جعل من الآنية أهم العوامل المؤثرة على جودة هذا النمط من التعليم العالي خاصة في هذا الظرف الاستثنائي (جائحة كورنا) التي تحتاج إلى فاعلية الأستاذ وتفاعل الطالب وتوافر شبكة الانترنت في آن واحد، وهو ما يعني أن مستقبل جودة التعليم العالي بنمطه الافتراضي في الجزائر مرهون بتوافر جملة من الحلول التي ترتبط أساسا بالطابع التنظيمي وتوفير التقنية وضمان التكوين. Virtual education is among the newly developed patterns of higher education, which can be resorted to in both ordinary and extraordinary circumstances, a pattern that has been resorted to by some countries, including Algeria, in light of the Corona pandemic that has made continuing higher education in its traditional or classical style impossible. The application of this new style of education in Algeria, according to notes and correspondence issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the directors and officials of higher education institutions in Algeria However, it was clear that Algeria has adopted this type of higher education under exceptional circumstances that necessitated the need to continue higher education and adapt to the conditions imposed by the Corona pandemic, as it was not prepared in advance, which made the present day the most important factors affecting the quality of this type of higher education Especially in this exceptional circumstance (Corona pandemic), which requires the effectiveness of the professor, student interaction and the availability of the Internet at the same time, which means that the quality of the future of higher education quality in its default style in Algeria depends on the availability of a number of solutions that are mainly related to the organizational nature, the provision of technology, and training guarantee.
