أثر المناخ التنظيمي على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية: المديرية الجهوية للميزانية بورقلة
Résumé: This study aimed to identifythe impact of the organizational climate on job satisfaction at the Regional Budget directorate of Ouargla, where the study was conducted on a random sample estimated at 34 individuals among all employees. And using the descriptive analytical method depending on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, the most important results are: the nature of the organizational structure adopted at the Regional Budget directorate in Ouargla does not correspond to the nature of the tasks and duties of the employees of the sample members; There is a strong positive relationship between dimensions of organizational climate and job satisfaction among directorate employees; There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (=0.05) for the responses of the members sample concerning job satisfaction with the following personal variables: gender, age, experience, grade and diploma.
