إسهامات العلماء المعاصرين في تطوير علمأ صول الفقه وتجديده Contribution Of Contemporary Scholars In Developing The Science Of Usul Al-fiqh And Its Renewal

Résumé: حاول الباحث إبراز ومعالجة أهم الجهود المعاصرة في تطوير علم أصول الفقه وتجديده من خلال مباحث: الأول: تحقيق وطبع التراث الأصولي، الثاني: انتعاش الدراسات المقاصدية الذي اعتبره من أهم مظاهر الصحوة المهمة لأصول الفقه في عصرنا الحاضر، الثالث: تبسيط الأسلوب وتثبيت المضمون حيث بين كيف أنهم حاولوا الجمع بين المنهج القديمة في المضمون والمناهج الحديثة في الشكل واللغة والتقسيم والترتيب، الرابع: الدراسات الأصولية المفردة حيث ذكر مجموعة من عناوين الكتب الأصولية، الخامس: الاتجاهات التجديدية في علم أصول الفقه وذكر مجموعة منها كنماذج. وختم البحث بنتائج منها أن تجديد وتطوير أصول الفقه رهين بصفة أساسية بجهود الفقهاء والأصوليين وكل من له ارتباط بذلك. The researcher attempted to highlight and address the most important contemporary efforts in the development and renewal of the science of Usul al-Fiqh (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) through the following discussions: First: editing and printing of the Usuli heritage, Second: the revival of Maqasid (the purposes) studies, which he considered one of the most important aspects of the awakening of Usul al-Fiqh in our present time, Third: simplification of style and consolidation of content, demonstrating how they attempted to combine old methodologies in content with modern methodologies in form, language, division, and arrangement, Fourth: individual Usuli studies, mentioning a group of book titles in Usul al-Fiqh, Fifth: renewal trends in the science of Usul al-Fiqh, mentioning some of them as examples. The research concluded with results including that the renewal and development of Usul al-Fiqh are fundamentally dependent on the efforts of jurists, Usuli scholars, and anyone else involved in this field.
