دلالات الألفاظ وأثر الاختلاف فيها في اختلاف العلماء - مبحث تخصيص العام أنموذجا - Connotations Of Utterances And The Effect Of Disagreeing Over Them On The Disagreement Among (usuli) Scholars -particularization Of The General (al Am) As A Model-

Résumé: ملخص: أسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى دراسة موضوع تعلق بدلالات الألفاظ، هذا القسم من مباحث علم أصول الفقه الذي لن يستكمل الباحث النظر في الفقه ما لم يكن ريانا منه. وهو عمدة علم الأصول. فسعيت لبيان مصطلحات البحث ثم المقارنة بين تقاسيم العلماء الأوائل من مختلف المدارس الأصولية لمباحث دلالات الألفاظ بما اجتهد فيه بعض المعاصرين، مع بيان الاختلاف في دلالات الألفاظ وأثره في اختلاف العلماء وأقصد الأثر الفقهي، ولما كان الموضوع موسوعيا رأيت أن أقتصر على - تخصيص العام - بالدليل المنفصل واخترت منه الأشهر من المخصصات: العقل، النص ومنه تخصيص الكتاب بالكتاب وتخصيص السنة بمثلها وتخصيص الكتاب بخبر واحد والتخصيص بالقياس والتخصيص بالعرف. واجتهدت في الدراسة حسب ما يسمح به من عدد الصفحات. الكلمات المفتاحية: دلالات الألفاظ، العام، الخاص، التخصيص. Abstract: In this research paper, I will attempt to deal with a subject that is related to the connotations of utterences, a field of research that belongs to the science of usul al-fiqh (sources and methodology of Islamic jurisprudence) and considered essential for those who study Islamic jurisprudence as it is the basis of the science of usul al fiqh. I tried (first) to demonstrate the technical terms of the study then I compared how classical scholars from different usuli schools classified the fields of connotation of utterances with the classification that is undertaken by some contemporary scholars, bringing into view the controversy (of jurists) over the connotations of words and the effect of that controversy, namely the jurisprudential effect, on the disagreement that exists among (usuli) scholars. And since the subject is vast, it has been decided to take ‘the particularization of the general’ as an applicable model. Keywords: connotation, utterences, general, particular, particularization.
