تأثير الشائعات في تكوين اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين "الفيسبوك نموذجا" دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير شائعات الفيسبوك في تكوين إتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية التي تسعى لوصف ظاهرة الشائعات عبر موقع الفيسبوك، وإعتمدنا في جمعنا لإجابات المبحوثين على إستمارة الإستبيان الورقية والإلكترونية، حيث تضمنت (16) سؤال موزعة على أربعة محاور، بينما بلغت عينة الدراسة (147) طالب من قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباج ورقلة، وعند تفسير ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة توصلنا للنتائج التالية: 1- يساهم الفيسبوك بنسبة كبيرة في نشر الشائعات بسبب قلة المعلومات حول الموضوع المنشور، نظرا للإستخدام الكبير لهذا الموقع وكثرة الأخبار والمعلومات السريعة والآنية وضعف الرقابة على كل ما ينشر من أخبار. 2- يتعامل الطلبة مع الشائعات في الفيسبوك بطريقة عقلانية وإنتقائية، بحيث ينشرون فقط الأخبار التي تهمهم ويشاركونها مع أصدقائهم أولا لفحصها والتأكد منها ثم ينشرونها في مجموعات الفيسبوك، وإذا تأكدوا من عدم صدق الخبر أو المعلومة يحذفونها فورا ويسعون لنشر الخبر الصحيح. 3- لا يعتمد الطلبة على شائعات الفيسبوك في تكوين إتجاهاتهم، بل تؤثر سلبا على إتجاهاتهم ومدة إستخدامهم للفيسبوك من خلال إنتشار الأخبار الغير الصحيحة، وفي المقابل ساهم الفيسبوك في زيادة الرصيد الثقافي للطالب كلما كان الخبر موثوق وصحيح. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشائعات، مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، الطالب الجامعي، الفيسبوك. This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of Facebook rumors on the formation of the attitudes of university students, as this study was applied to a sample of students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. This study is part of the descriptive research that seeks to describe the phenomenon of rumors through the Facebook website. In collecting the respondents’ answers, we relied on the paper and electronic questionnaire form, which included (16) questions distributed over four axes, while the study sample amounted to 147 students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences. At the University of Kasdi Merbaj Ouargla, and when interpreting and discussing the results of the study, we reached the following results: 1- Facebook contributes to a large percentage in spreading rumors due to the lack of information on the published topic, given the great use of this site and the large number of news and quick and real-time information and the weak control over all the news that is published. 2- Students deal with rumors on Facebook in a rational and selective manner, so that they publish only the news that interests them and share it with their friends first to check and verify it and then publish it in Facebook groups. 3- Students do not rely on Facebook rumors to form their attitudes, but rather negatively affect their attitudes and the duration of their use of Facebook through the spread of incorrect news, and in return, Facebook contributed to increasing the cultural balance of the student whenever the news was reliable and true.
