استخدام نموذج (servqual) لتقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية: دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية الخدمة الصحية وأبعاد تقييمها، والتطرق إلى نموذج (Servqual)، وإبراز واقع تقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية باستخدام نموذج (Servqual) في المؤسسات الإستشفائية الخاصة بباتنة. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن نموذج (Servqual) يساهم في تقييم مستوى الخدمات الصحية من خلال الأبعاد التي يستخدمها زبائن المؤسسات الإستشفائية الخاصة بباتنة لتقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية والتي تعكس مستوى رضاهم. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات التي من شأنها رفع كفاءة وفعالية الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسات الاستشفائية الخاصة بباتنة والمتعلقة بتحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى. Abstract: This study aims to identify the nature of the health service and the dimensions of evaluation, and addressed to the model (Servqual), and highlight the reality of assessing the level of health services using the model (Servqual) in private hospitals batna institutions. The results of the study showed that the model (Servqual) contributes to assess the level of health services through the dimensions that customers used to assess the quality of health services that reflect their level of satisfaction, where they were drawn in the form of the strengths and weaknesses of the private hospitals batna institutions. The study provided a set of proposals that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by private hospitals batna institutions and to improve the quality of health services provided to patients level.
