-إدارة الأزمات من منظور الإدارة الاستراتيجة في المنظمة -دراسة حالة منظمة المراعي خلال أزمة كورونا / Crisis Management From The Perspective Of Strategic Management In The Enterprise - A Case Study Of Almarai Company During The Corona Crisis -

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإستراتيجية في إدارة الأزمات بالمنظمة مع الإشارة إلى دراسة حالة منظمة المراعي وكيف قامت بإدارة أزمة جائحة كورونا 2019 في ظل استعمال أدوات الإدارة الإستراتجية،حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عند دراسة مفهوم إدارة الأزمات ومفهوم الإدارة الإستراتيجية كما تمت الاستعانة بدراسة حالة منظمة المراعي من أجل الربط بين هاذين المتغيرين. وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الإدارة الإستراتيجية الفعالة للأزمة تؤدي إلى تحسين جودة القرار في ظل الخيارات الإستراتيجية المتاحة في منظمة المراعي.كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل أدوات وتقنيات الإدارة الإستراتيجية والمتمثلة في التخطيط الإستراتيجي، واليقظة الإستراتيجة والذكاء الإستراتيجي في مواجهة مختلف الأزمات والتغيرات البيئية. This research aims to know the role that strategic management plays in crisis management in the organization with reference to the case study of Almarai Company and how it managed the 2019 Corona pandemic crisis based on strategic management tools such as strategic planning, strategic vigilance, strategic intelligence and other concepts related to the concept of strategic management. Where the descriptive analytical approach was used when studying the concept of crisis management and the concept of strategic management, and a case study of Almarai Company was used in order to link these two variables. A number of results were reached, the most important of which is that the effective strategic management of the crisis leads to an improvement in the quality of the decision in light of the strategic options available in Almarai Company. The study also recommends the necessity of activating strategic management tools and techniques represented in strategic planning, strategic vigilance, and strategic intelligence in facing various crises and environmental changes.
