تأثير أزمة المياه على الأمن والسلم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط-أنموذج-تركيا-العراق

Résumé: تعتبر أزمات المياه من القضايا التي تهدد الأمن والسلم العالمي و الإقليمي والعلاقات بين الدول، كأزمة المياه بين تركيا والعراق، حيث تعتبر من بين القضايا التي تهدد الأمن والسلم بين الدول الأطراف بصفة خاصة، و الإقليمي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط بصفة عامة، في ظل عدم وجود قانون دولي واضح وصارم يضع حل ملزم بين الطرفين من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تدخل العديد من الدول في هذه الأزمة بما يخدم مصالحها، وجعل النزاع يأخذ عدة أبعاد سياسية ،اقتصادية ،اجتماعية ودينية، نظرا لخصوصية المنطقة من تنوع ثقافي و ديني. رغم كل المعطيات السابقة، قامتا الدولتين بعدة خطوات لبناء السلام وإبعاد التوترات المتعلقة بمشكلة المياه. Water crises are among the issues that threaten global and regional security and peace and relations between countries, such as the water crisis between Turkey and Iraq, as they are considered among the issues that threaten security and peace between the states parties in particular, and regional security and peace in the Middle East region in general, in the absence of a clear and strict international law that establishes a binding solution between the parties on the one hand, and on the other hand, many countries intervened in this crisis to serve their interests, and make the conflict take several political, economic, social and religious dimensions, due to the specificity of the region of cultural and religious diversity. Despite all the previous data, the two countries have taken several steps to build peace and remove tensions related to the water problem
