المحتويات المعرفية في برامج التكوين الأولي لأساتذة الرياضيات بالجزائر والمغرب – دراسة تحليلية مقارنة -

Résumé: قمنا في هذه المقال بإجراء دراسة تحليلية مقارنة حول التكوين الأولي لأساتذة الرياضيات الطور الثانوي لكل من الجزائر والمغرب، والذي ركزنا فيه بالخصوص على المحتويات المعرفية المتعلقة بالجانب التخصصي (المعرفة المتعلقة بالموضوع). تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن: برنامجي التكوين مختلفين في بعض الجوانب على غرار مسار التكوين، معدل الحجم الزمني الأسبوعي والمحتويات المعرفية ، ...الخ؛ برنامج التكوين المغربي، وعلى عكس برنامج التكوين الجزائري، يوازن إلى حد ما بين جوانب التكوين الثلاثة (التخصصي؛ التربوي؛ المهني)؛ برنامج التكوين الجزائري لا يراعي الاسس العلمية في وضع المحتوى المعرفي المتعلق بالموضوع. In this article, we conducted a comparative analytical study on the initial training of mathematics teachers in the secondary phase for Algeria and Morocco, in which we focused in particular on the knowledge contents related to the specialized aspect (knowledge related to the subject). The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study concluded that: The two training programs are different in some aspects, such as the training course, the average weekly time volume and the cognitive contents, ... etc .; The Moroccan training program, unlike the Algerian training program, balances to some extent the three aspects of training (specialized, educational, and professional); The Algerian training program does not take into account the scientific basis in developing the knowledge content related to the subject.
