تطبيق تقنية سلاسل الكتل" البلوكتشين" في قطاع الزراعة الغذائية فرصة واعدة نحو تحقيق الاستدامة الغذائية

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور وأهمية استخدام تقنية سلاسل الكتل "البلوكتشين" في تحسين إدارة سلاسل إمداد قطاع الزراعة الغذائية، وهذا من خلال استعراضنا لأهم الفرص الواعدة والانعكاسات المرتقبة التي يمكن لتقنية البلوكتشين تقديمها لهذا القطاع، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن توظيف تقنية البلوكتشين على سلاسل إمداد قطاع الزراعة الغذائية سيمكن من تعزيز عامل الشفافية والثقة بين أطراف العملية، كما ستمكن هذه التقنية من معرفة مصدر الأغذية وسلامتها من عدمه بالإضافة خفض تكاليف المعاملات، كما ستعمل على رفع معدلات التنمية الريفية ومعدلات النمو، وتزيد من كفاءة تمويل التجارة وتسهيل خدمات تمويل قطاع الزراعة الغذائية ، مما سيسهم في تحقيق الاستدامة الغذائية Abstract: This study aims to identify the role and importance of using blockchain technology in improving the management of the agricultural food sector supply chains. This is through our review of the most promising opportunities and the expected repercussions that blockchain technology can provide to this sector The study found that employing the blockchain technology on the agricultural food sector supply chains will enable to enhance the factor of transparency and trust between the parties to the process This technology will also enable the knowledge of the source of food and its safety or not, in addition to reducing transaction costs, and will also raise the rates of rural development and growth rates, It increases the efficiency of trade finance and facilitates financing services for the agri-food sector, which will ultimately contribute to achieving food sustainability
