جودة الممارسة الاتصالية في الإدارة الجامعية الجزائرية

Résumé: تتلخص مشكلة هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن مستوى جودة الممارسة الاتصالية بين أطراف إدارة جامعة المسيلة نموذجا من وجهة نظر عمداء الكليات ورؤساء الأقسام وفق المعايير العادية؛ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (07) عمداء كليات ومديري معهد و(35) رئيس قسم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي أسلوبا والاستبيان أداة والتكرارات والنسب المئوية وسيلة وصُنفت مستويات جودة الاتصال إلى ثلاث رُتب (مرتفع، متوسط، منخفض). وتوصلت الدراسة الى تباين وجهات نظر رؤساء الأقسام وعمداء الكليات في فاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية وفق المعايير العادية. بوجود فروق بين تقديرات عمداء الكليات وتقديرات رؤساء الأقسام. وتعود هذه الفروق لصالح رؤساء الأقسام. Abstract: The problem of this study is to reveal the level of quality of communication practice between the parties to the administration of the University of M’sila, as a model from the point of view of the deans of faculties and heads of departments according to normal standards; The study sample consisted of (07) college deans, institute directors, and (35) department heads. The descriptive approach was used as a method, the questionnaire as a tool, frequencies and percentages as a means, and the levels of communication quality were classified into three ranks (high, medium, low). The study concluded that the views of department heads and college deans differ in the effectiveness of administrative communications according to normal standards. There are differences between the estimates of the deans of the faculties and the estimates of the heads of departments. These differences are in favor of department heads.
