مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية دراسة ميدانية بالوحدة المركزية للحماية المدنية – سكيكدة

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة معرفة مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى اعوان الحماية المدنية ، من خلال تناول ثلاثة أبعاد من مصادر الضغوط المهنية (غموض الدور ، عبء العمل وظروف العمل ) والبحث في مؤشراتها من خلال استمارة تقيس هذه الأبعاد ، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج تعكس وجود هذه المصادر وان اختلفت نسب تواجدها أو انتشارها في محيط العمل والتي ترتبط في مجملها بتوزيع المهام والظروف المادية والفيزيقية في العمل . In this study, we try to find out the sources of occupational stress for civil protection agents, by addressing three dimensions of the sources of occupational stress (The ambiguity of the role, workload and working conditions) and the search for its indicators through a questionnaire that measures these dimensions. The study results showed the presence of these sources, even if the percentages of their presence or spread in the work environment differ, which are linked in their entirety to the distribution of tasks and physical and physical conditions at work
