الضغط المهني وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية الددنية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والصحة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية كما هدفت إلى التعرف عن الفروق في درجات الضغط المهني و الصحة النفسية وفقا لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية و الحالة الاجتماعية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بولاية المدية، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي , حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة 42عونا من جنس الذكر تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية , و لأجل هذا الغرض اعتمدنا على مقياس الضغوط المهنية لMaslash Burnout Inventor والذي يقيس الأبعاد التالية ( الإجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، نقص الشعور بالذنب)، كما اعتمدنا على مقياس الصحة النفسية الذي قام بوضعه ليونارد، ر.ديروجيتسس.ليمان، لينو كوفي Leonard، R.Derogatis، S.Lipman and Linocovi تحت عنوان : SCL-90-R، الذي قام أبو هين بتعريبه وتقنينه على البيئة الفلسطينية، والذي يقيس الأبعاد التالية ( الأعراض الجسمانية – الوسواس القهري – الحساسية التفاعلية– الاكتئاب – القلق – العداوة – قلق الخواف – بارانويا الذهانية ) , و لتحليل النتائج قمنا بالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS و توصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي : - وجود علاقة بين الضغط المهني و الصحة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط المهني لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية و الحالة الاجتماعية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الصحة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية و الحالة الاجتماعية . The current study aimed at revealing the relationship between occupational stress and mental health among civil protection agents. It also aimed at identifying the differences in the degrees of occupational stress and mental health according to the variable of professional seniority and social status among civil protection agents in the state of Medea. We used the descriptive correlational approach, where The number of respondents was 42 helpers of the male sex who were chosen randomly, and for this purpose we relied on the occupational stress scale of the Maslash Burnout Inventor, which measures the following dimensions (emotional stress, dullness of feelings, lack of guilt), and we also relied on the mental health scale that he developed Leonard, R. Derogatis, S. Lipman and Linocovi under the title: SCL-90-R, which Abu Hein localized and codified on the Palestinian environment, which measures the following dimensions (physical symptoms - obsessive-compulsive disorder). – Interactive sensitivity – depression – anxiety – hostility – fearful anxiety – psychotic paranoia), and to analyze the results, we used the statistical package for social sciences SPSS, and the results reached the following: - There is a relationship between occupational stress and mental health among civil protection agents. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of occupational stress among civil protection agents, according to the variable of professional seniority and social status. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of mental health among civil protection agents, according to the variable of professional seniority and social status.
