Résumé: This is a study looking at the book of Abu al-Hassan Ali Abdul Aziz Jorjani called "mediation between Mutanabi and his opponents," The study deals in it's main theme the most important terms of cash and rhetoric presented in the book co-operation process count for most of the terms of cash and rhetorical, with descriptive analysis and study, it is evident through the efforts of Judge Jorjani and his idea of cash in his presentation of these terms through the various texts which cited in it , and by tracking the attributes and disadvantages of these terms and knowledge of derivations and the types and extent of precision in concept, because every critic of his energy and mental abilities of comprehension and understanding
