سمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسي وفق نظرية العوامل الخمسة الكبرى لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين سمات الشخصية والإحتراق النفسي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية، ولمعرفة العلاقة تم تطبيق مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية ومقياس الإحتراق النفسي على عينة بلغ قوامها (100) فرد من أعوان الحماية المدنية لولاية البليدة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى انه توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عامل العصابية والإجهاد الإنفعالي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية. ،كما توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عامل الانفتاح على الخبرة وتدني الشعور بالإنجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية.كما انه توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عامل الإنبساطية وتبلد المشاعر لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية.، كذلك توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عامل الطيبة والإنهاك الإنفعالي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية.كما توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عامل يقظة الضمير و تدني الشعور بالإنجاز لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية. The current study aimed to know the relationship between personality traits and psychological burnout among civil protection agents. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between the neurotic factor and emotional stress among civil protection agents. There is also a statistically significant correlation between the factor of openness to experience and a low sense of achievement among civil protection agents. There is also a statistically significant correlation between the extroversion factor and the dullness of feelings among civil protection agents. Also, there is a statistically significant correlation between the kindness factor and emotional exhaustion among civil protection agents. Civil protection agents. There is also a statistically significant correlation between the conscientiousness factor and the low sense of achievement among civil protection agents.
