Résumé: المحميات الطبيعية البرية هي القاعدة الأساسية للتنوع البيولوجي و الإيكولوجي و الحيوي على سطح الأرض، هذه المجالات الطبيعية موجودة منذ القدم، إلا أن المحافظة عليها و الرعاية القانونية لها، لم تظهر إلا حديثا. في القانون الدولي لم تظهر معالمها إلا في بداية القرن العشرين، ولم تتضمنها المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية إلا بعد النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين. هذا البحث ألقى الضوء على مجال الرعاية الدولية للمحميات الطبيعية البرية: من خلال دراسة أحكام المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات العلاقة بالموضوع، مع الإشارة للروابط العالمية و المنظمات الدولية. يتم ذلك في إطار القانون الدولي و البرامج الإقليمية و المحلية، وفرص التعاون و الحوكمة الدولية ................................................................................................................................................... Protected wilderness areas is the fundamental basis for biodiversity and ecosystem and biosphere on the Earth's surface, these natural areas has been around since ancient times, but the preservation and legal care to them, only recently did not show. In international law landmarks not only appear at the beginning of the twentieth century, it was not included in international conventions and agreements only after the second half of the twentieth century. This research shed light on the field of international protection of wildlife protected areas: by studying the provisions of the covenants related to the subject of international conventions, with reference to global linkages and international organizations. This is done in the field of international law and regional and local programs, and opportunities for cooperation and international governance.
