الفقيه أحمد بن أبي محلي وقضايا عصره (1559-1612)

Résumé: يعتبر أحمد بن أبي محلي(967-1021ه/1559-1612م) من بين العلماء والفقهاء الذين ساهموا بشكل جلي في الحياة الفكرية والحضارية بالجنوب الغربي للجزائر أواخر القرن 10ه/16م وبداية القرن 11ه/17م هذه المساهمة تظهر من خلال ما تركه من مؤلفات ومصنفات إذ تجاوزت كتاباته الألف ورقة والتي كانت في طليعتها علاقة العداء مع عبد القادر بن محمد السماحي، وقضية المهدوية التي كان مهووسا بها فقد تطرق في جميع مصنفاته لمسألة المهدي المنتظر وهي القضية التي تمكن من خلالها من القيام بالثورة على السلطة السعدية في مراكش، ومسألة تعاطي الدخان أو ما عرف حينها بتناول عشبة "تَبَغَ" فقد كان ابن أبي محلي من بين المتعاطين لهذه المادة. سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على هذه القضايا والإشكالات التي عالجها أحمد بن أبي محلي في كتاباته العديدة مثل الإصليت الخريت ومنجنيق الصخور وغيرها مبينين تجلياتها وآراء العلماء حولها. Abstract: Ahmed Ibn Abi Mahalli (967-1021 AH / 1559-1612 AD) is considered among the scientists and jurists who made a clear contribution to the intellectual and civilized life in the southwest of Algeria, at the end of the 10th century AH / 16 AD and the beginning of the 11th century AH / 17 AD. This contribution appears throughout his writings which exceeded thousand papers, in the forefront of which was the relationship of enmity with Abd El Kadir Ibn Mohammed Essmahi, and the issue of Mahdism that he was obsessed with. In all his works, he addressed the issue of the awaited Mahdi, the issue through which he was able to carry out the revolution against the Saadian authority in Marrakesh, and the issue of smoking, or what was known at the time as consuming the “tobacco” herb.Ibn Abi Mahli was among the users of this substance. Through this article, we will try to shed light on these issues and problems that Ahmed bin Abi Mahli addressed in his many writings, such as Al-Aslite Al-Khairet and the Rock Catapult, and others, showing their manifestations and the opinions of scholars about them, using the historical method that is based on description, analysis and conclusion.
