التعريف بمخطوطة"مِهراس رُؤوس الجَّهلة المُبتدعة ومِدراس نُفوس السَّفلة المُنخدعة" للفقيه أحمد بن أبي محلي

Résumé: Abstract: The region of Southwest Algéria Witnessed at the beginning of the eleventh Century hijri / 17 th Century a conflict between the faqih Ahmed ibn Abi Mahalli and the mystic sidi sheikh, because of the doctrine difference between them, This conflict was dealt by Ahmed ibn Abi Mahalli in his book entitled "mahras" .Which in its entirety represents a lengthy answer from him to a questioner in them, He calls them to move away from the heresy mysticism, He rejected the behavior of sidi sheikh by proposing a set of doctrinal issues it has a direct relationship to the substance of his dispute and his struggle with him. الملخص: شهدت منطقة جنوب غرب الجزائر في بداية القرن الحادي عشر هجري/السابع عشر ميلادي صراعا بين الفقيه أحمد بن أبي محلي والصوفي سيدي الشيخ؛ بسبب الاختلاف المذهبي بينهما، هذا الصراع عبر عنه أحمد بن أبي محلي من خلال كتابه الموسوم "المهراس"؛ الذي يُمثل في مُجمله إجابة مُطوّلة منه على رسالة سائليه يدعوهم فيها إلى الابتعاد عن التصوف البدعي ورفض سلوكات سيدي الشيخ وذلك بطرحه لمجموعة من المسائل الفقهية لها علاقة مباشرة بجوهر خلافه وصراعه معه.
