وضعية سوق العمل في خضم السياسة التنموية المحلية : مقاربة سوسيو-إقتصادية

Résumé: ملخص: نرمي من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تتبع المسار الذي اتخذه سوق العمل الجزائري، وفق محطات مختلفة و متنوعة، منذ استرجاع السيادة الوطنية و حتى العقد الثاني من الألفية الجديدة، في محاولة لفهم التفاعلات الديناميكية الحاصلة بين البنية الاقتصادية و السياسية و الثقافية، التي تحدد بدورها ملامح سوق العمل المحلي، و سياق تطوره في ظل استراتيجيات تنموية، جاءت في بعض الأحيان كحلول ظرفية، و في أحيان أخرى كرؤى استشرافية قصيرة و متوسطة الأمد، و التي تأثرت بدورها بشكل واضح بالتقلبات الداخلية و العالمية التي مست الجزائر. Abstract: This research paper delves into the intricate evolution of Algeria's labor market across various periods, spanning from the nation's independence to the second decade of the new millennium. The overarching objective is to decipher the dynamic interplay between the economic, political, and cultural structures that have shaped the local labor market landscape. We aim to unravel the contextual factors that have influenced the market's trajectory amidst a spectrum of development strategies, ranging from ad hoc solutions to short- and medium-term visionary approaches. These strategies, in turn, have been profoundly impacted by the internal and global fluctuations that have characterized Algeria's socio-economic landscape.
