Résumé: الملخص يعتبر اسلوب المزاد الالكتروني احد الأساليب في إبرام العقود الإدارية الكترونيا، وأحد أهم المستجدات التي نص عليها المشرع الجزائري بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي 15/247 في اطار الاستفادة من المزايا التي تتيح تبادل المعلومات بطريقة إلكترونية لإبرام الصفقة العمومية. Abstract : The reverse electronic auction method is one of the methods of concluding administrative contracts electronically, and one of the most important developments approved by the Algerian legislator by Presidential Decree No. 15-247 within the framework of taking the most of the advantages of exchanging information available through the electronic gateway to make public transactions.
