تحسين الأداء التنظيمي في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات (قراءة سوسيو- تنظيمية)

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، إبراز متطلبات تحسين الأداء الذي تسعى لتحقيقه مختلف التنظيمات الإدارية، مند ظهور الفكر الإداري الحديث وذلك من خلال إعطاء وصف سوسيو- تنظيمي، لواقع التعامل مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل التنظيم، وهذا بالتطرق لمتغيري البحث أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأبعاد الأداء المؤسسي. كما تم التعريج على الصيرورة الوظائفية والبناء النسقي لمحددات البناء التنظيمي المتمثلة في إدارة الوقت، تنمية العمل وفق نظم واضحة بالإضافة إلى سبل تفعيل الانضباط والرقابة الذاتية للمورد البشري وهم المتطلبات الرئيسية الناتجة عن تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
