تقييم مستوى التعرض للمخاطر التشغيلية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية

Résumé: ركّزنا في هذه الدراسة على البحث في المخاطر التشغيلية في شركات التأمين، ثم قياس مدى تعرض شركات التأمين الجزائرية لهذا النوع من المخاطر. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا أداة الاستبانة وتحليليها باستخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.V26). بيّنت الدراسة أن شركات التأمين الجزائرية تتعرض بدرجة مرتفعة لخطر الاحتيال الداخلي خطر التوظيف والسلامة في مكان العمل، في حين أنها تتعرض بدرجة متوسطة لمخاطر الاحتيال الخارجي والممارسات التجارية وإدارة العمليات وعطل الأنظمة وأضرار الأصول المادية. In this study, we focus on researching in operational risks in insurance companies. Then, we measure this type of risk on Algerian insurance companies. To realize our work, we use a questionnaire to collect data, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.V26) to analyze it. The study shows that Algerian insurance companies are exposed to a high degree to the risks of: internal fraud, employment and safety in the workplace. While they are exposed to a medium degree to the risks of: external fraud, business practices, process management, systems failure and damage to physical assets.
