أثر مؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية على المخاطر التشغيلية -بالتطبيق على شركات التأمين الجزائرية-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أثر مؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية على المخاطر التشغيلية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا أداة الاستبانة، وتفريغ بياناتها في برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.V20)، وتحليل بياناتها باستخدام طريقة المربعات الجزئية الصغرى للمعادلات الهيكلية بالاستعانة ببرنامج .smart PLS v3.2.8 وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود أثر إيجابي ودال إحصائيا لجميع مؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية على المخاطر التشغيلية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية ما عدا التغيرات في ظروف السوق والعيوب الإستراتيجية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل وظيفة الرقابة الداخلية، وتصميم هيكل تنظيمي مرن، وتبني نظام حوكمة فعال لتدنية المخاطر التشغيلية التي تتعرض لها شركات التأمين في الجزائر. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of key risk indicators on operating risks in Algerian insurance companies. In order to achieve this, we used the resolution tool and downloaded its data into the Social Science Statistical Package Programme (SPSS.V.20), and analyzing their data using the micro-squares method of structural equations and smart PLS v3.2.8 programme. The study found a positive and statistical impact of all key risk indicators on operating risks in Algerian insurance companies except for changes in market conditions and strategic flaws. The study recommended the need to activate the internal control function, design a flexible organizational structure and adopt an effective governance system to minimize operational risks faced by insurance companies in Algeria.
