Effet De L’extrait Aqueux Décocté De Cistanche Tinctoria Sur Quelques Souches Bactériennes
Résumé: In this study, we were interested in a medicinal plant from the Adrar region, known as "Danone". Our research aims to perform the dosage of polyphenols of the crude extract of Cistanche Tinctoria and by evaluating the antibacterial power of the extract of Cistanche Tinctoria by the method of diffusion on disc against the following bacterial strains: Staphylococcus Aureus, Bacillus Cereus, Bacillus Subtilis, Enterococcus Faecalis, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Escherichia Coli. The results obtained showed that Cistanche Tinctoria contains a high percentage of polyphénols, antibacterial tests showed sensitivity to the following strains: Staphylococcus Aureus, Bacillus Cereus, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. The use of Cistanche Tinctoria in traditional medicine is explained by the fact that it contains a large proportion of polyphenols, which are secondary metabolic compounds that have many biological properties.
