المقاولة من الباطن كأداة لدعم الابتكار

Résumé: "تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة وإبراز دور المقاولة من الباطن، كإحدى آليات الدعم فالابتكار لترقية نشاط المقاولة في المؤسسات سعيا وراء زيادة قدرتها التنافسية، ومن هذا المنطلق قدمنا مجموعة من المفاهيم النظرية للمقاولة من الباطن والابتكار والعلاقة بين المتغيرين لموضوع الدراسة. تمت هذه الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V25 في معالجة البيانات الإحصائية وتمت دراستنا على مستوى مجموعة 33من المقاولين وأصحاب الحرف بدائرة جامعة خلصت هده الدراسة لتوضيح أهم النتائج المقاولة من الباطن ودعمها للابتكار في مايلي توجد علاقة ارتباط بين المقاولة والابتكار لكنها متوسطة نوع ما وان تحقيق الابتكار يتم من خلال تأثير عوامل الأخرى مساهمة المهارات المقاولاتية في نجاح الابتكار داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية." " he study aims to identify and highlight the role of subcontractors as one of the support mechanisms for the promotion of enterprise entrepreneurship in an effort to increase their competitiveness. In this spirit, we have introduced a set of theoretical concepts of sub contractiveness, innovation and the relationship between the two variables of the study's subject. This study also touched upon the use of the SPSS Social Science Statistical Package Program V25 in the processing of statistical data and our study was conducted at the level of a group of contractors and crafts holders of the moderator's mandate. This study concluded to clarify subcontracting and its support for innovation as more important in the enterprise for achieving competitive advantage and enhancing economic standing."
