مساهمة الأداء الوظيفي في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات الرياضية

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى مساهمة الأداء الوظيفي في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية ، حيث أن المؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية تعاني من تدني مستوى المخرجات إذ أصبح من الضروري الاهتمام بالأداء الوظيفي في ضوء تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ،و لتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (30)موظف بمجموع (40)موظف بمديرية الشياب و الرياضة "بالمسيلة" ،حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي ،و الاستعانة باستمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ،و قد أظهرت النتائج أن للإدارة العليا و لتحقيق رضا الموظفين مساهمة في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات الرياضية : The study aimed at the contribution of job performance in the application of total quality management in sports institutions , Whereas, Algerian sports institutions suffer from a low level of outputs, as it has become necessary to pay attention to job performance in light of the application of total quality management ,To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (30) employees, with a total of (40) employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in "M’sila”, Where the descriptive approach was followed, And the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection ,The results showed that senior management and to achieve employee satisfaction Contribution to the application of total quality management in sports institutions
