Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الأداء التسويقي بالمؤسسات الرياضية من خلال المستويات الإدارية و التنظيمية لتحقيق الأداء المطلوب ، و إبراز أهم مبادئها كعامل من عوامل نجاح المؤسسات الرياضية ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و ذلك لملائمته مع طبيعة الدراسة و الاستعانة باستمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و المعلومات ،حيث بلغت عدد عينة الدراسة (37) موظف و موظفة ،ومن أهم النتائج أنه يوجد دور لإدراك الإدارة العليا بالمؤسسة الرياضية لمعايير و ثقافة و مبادئ الجودة في متغير الأداء التسويقي و تحقيق متطلبات التدريب و التحسين المستمر لإدارة الجودة الشاملة لتحقيق الأداء التسويقي في المؤسسات الرياضية The study aims to identify the role of applying total quality management in improving the marketing performance of sports institutions Through the administrative and organizational levels to achieve the required performance, And highlighting its most important principles as a factor in the success of sports institutions , The study sample consisted of (37) male and female employees, One of the most important results is that there is a role for the higher management's awareness of the sports institution The standards, culture and principles of quality in the marketing performance variable And achieving training and continuous improvement requirements for total quality management To achieve marketing performance in sports institutions
