المسؤولية الاجتماعية كآلية لتفعيل أبعاد التنمية المستدامة -تجارب شركات رائدة- Social Responsibility As A Mechanism For Activating The Dimensions Of Sustainable Development -pioneering Experiences Of Companies –

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشركات ومدى مساهمتها في دعم أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، من خلال عرض تجارب الشركات الرائدة التي عملت على تفعيل دورها الاجتماعي وزيادة قدرتها على الاستجابة لتغيرات البيئة الخارجية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث توصلت إلى أن ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية تنعكس إيجابا على تحسين وتعزيز سمعة المؤسسة من جهة، وعلى خدمة المجتمع من جهة أخرى، كما وتساهم في تجسيد متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إدماج البرامج التي تعنى بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن الرؤى المستقبلية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of adopting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and how it contributes to support the dimensions of sustainable development. This can be shown through pioneering experiences of companies that worked to operate their social role and increase their ability to respond to changes in outdoor environment. This work relied on descriptive analytical approach, it concludes that practicing social responsibility can positively impact the company’s reputation and serve society. Besides, it helps to set the requirements of sustainable development. The study recommended the importance of integrating responsibility programs within the future visions of economic institutions.
