تفعيل الحوكمة من منظور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للكفاءات ( الإدارة- والمسييرين) دراسة حالة شركة " اتصالات الجزائر"
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة لتبيان ضرورة الاعتماد على الكفاءات المرسخة اجتماعيا في إطار تبني المنظمة منهج المسؤولية الاجتماعية الأخلاقية كآلية لتفعيل الحوكمة، حيث قمنا بتدعيم بحثنا بدراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة موبيليس للاتصالات، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية عبارة عن نظرية أخلاقية إيديولوجية تشير إلى تحمل المنظمة المسؤولية اتجاه مجتمعها و بيئتها، كما خلصت نتائج الدراسة كذلك إلى قوة العلاقة بين حوكمة المنظمات، وبين المسؤولية الاجتماعية الأخلاقية للمنظمات بأبعادها الثلاث (البعد الأخلاقي و البيئي و الاجتماعي ). The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the need to build on socially-based competencies in the context of the organization's adoption of ethical-social responsibility as a mechanism for activating governance. The researchers adopted “Mobilis Communications” as a case study. The study, hence, concluded that the concept of social responsibility is an ideological moral theory that indicates that the organization is responsible for its society and environment. The results of the study also revealed the strength of the relationship between organizational governance and the moral social responsibility of organizations in their three dimensions (moral, environmental and social dimension).
