دور تدخل تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية على كفاءة العمليات في البنوك السودانية دراسة حالة البنوك العاملة في ولاية الجزيرة

Résumé: ملخص: هدف الدراسة معرفة مدي توفر إمكانيات تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها في اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في البنوك السودانية . وتمثلت مشكلة البحث ما دور تدخل تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في كفاءة العمليات المصرفية في البنوك السودانية،حيث أن إعادة الهندسة الادارية تمكن من تحقيق تحسينات جذرية وهائلة في مقاييس الأداء الحاسمة (التكلفة ، الجودة، السرعة و الخدمة)، استخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وتم تصميم استبانة مكونة من 30 عنصر وزعت على عينة من المصارف العاملة بولاية الجزيرة . اهم النتائج توفر تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ؛ أنظمة دعم القرار ،الأنظمة الخبيرة ، قواعد البيانات، شبكات الاتصال عن بعد، في العمليات المصرفية. وكذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين تدخل تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية وكفاءة العمليات المصرفية في البنوك السودانية. اهم التوصيات ضرورة توفير قواعد المعطيات والشبكات والبريد الإلكتروني،ضرورة توفير تدريب العاملين على التعامل مع المعلومات من أي مكان يتواجدون. Abstract The aim of the study is to know the availability of the possibilities of information technology applications and their role in Re-engineering Business Processes (RBP) in Sudanese banks. The research problem is what is the role of information technology intervention in (RBP) in the efficiency of banking operations in Sudanese banks, where as, (RBP) enable to achieve radical and great improvement in critical performance measures (cost, quality, speed and service),The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was designed from 30 elements distributed to a sample of banks working in Gezira state. The most important results are: the availability of information technology applications; Decision support systems, expert systems, databases, and telecommunication networks in banking operations. There are also statistically significant differences between the information technology intervention in (RBP) and the efficiency of banking operations in Sudanese banks. The most important recommendations are the necessity to provide databases, networks, e-mail and the necessity of providing training for workers in dealing with information from anywhere they are.
