دور تكامل ابعاد إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في فعالية أداء البنوك السودانية

Résumé: هدف البحث الى التعرف على دور البعد التنظيمي، البعد الهيكلي، البعد التكنولوجي وبعد الموارد البشرية لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في زيادة فعالية أداء البنوك السودانية، وكذلك التعرف على ماهية إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وابعادها، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات مكونة من 27 عنصر حيث تم توزيعها على عينة طبقية من البنوك العاملة بولاية الجزيرة. وتم تحليل استجابات المبحوثين باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، اهم نتائج الدراسة أن الاهتمام بالبعد الهيكلي لإعادة هندسة العمليات يجعل العمليات واضحة و منطقية وقادرة على تحقق الاهداف، وان البعد التنظيمي يمكن من التحول من الهياكل الهرمية إلى الهياكل المسطحة، وان البعد التكنولوجي يسهم في مراقبة وضبط سير العمليات الادارية وتمكين العاملين من العمل عن بعد. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بإعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية بصورة شاملة. Abstract This study aims at identifying the role of organizational, structural, technological, and human resources dimensions of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in increasing the performance effectiveness of Sudanese banks. It also aims at highlighting the nature of BPR and its dimensions. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as the study tool through distributing a 27-item questionnaire to a stratified sample of banks operating in Gezira State. The responses was analyzed using SPSS. The most important findings of the study include the following: paying attention to the structural dimension for processes reengineering makes processes clear, reasonable, and capable of achieving the desired goals. The organizational dimension enables the transferring from the hierarchical structure to the flat structure. The technological dimension contributes in monitoring and controlling the workflow of business processes and empowers employees to work remotely. The study recommended the necessity of a comprehensive consideration of BP.
