Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هده الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين متناولين في ذلك كل من بعد تخطيط الوقت، تنظيم الوقت،توجيه الوقت، والرقابة على الوقت. وذلك بتصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على موظفي المركز الجامعي مغنية.و تحليلها ببرنامج SPSS أين توصلنا للنتائج التالية : توجد علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية لإدارة الوقت على مستوى أداء العاملين. هناك علاقة طردية ايجابية بين إدارة الوقت وأداء العاملين. هناك تأثير واضح لعناصر إدارة الوقت على مستوى أداء العاملين بالمركز الجامعي مغنية. : Abstract This studyaimed to determine the extent of the impact of time management on the performance of employees, covering the dimensions of time management, time organization, time direction, and time control. By designing a questionnaire and distributingit to employees of the University Center of Maghnia, and analyzingitthrough SPSS program, Wereached the followingresults: There is a statisticallysignificant impact of time management on the level of employee performance. There is a positive, direct relationshipbetween time management and employee performance. There is a clear impact of time management elements on the performance level of employees at the Université Center of Maghnia.
