أثر تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين أداء العاملين -دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي مغنية

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها مجتمعة (التزام الادارة العليا، التدريب والتطوير، اتخاذ القرارات، مشاركة العاملين وتحفيزهم، التحسين المستمر) في تحسين اداء العاملين بالمركز الجامعي مغنية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام اداة الاستبيان، تم توزيع 60 استبانة على عينة الدراسة تم استرجاع 50 استبانة كلها قابلة للدراسة التحليلية بالبرنامج الاحصائي الSPSS. حيث أشارت النتائج الى وجود اثر ذو دلالة احصائية لتطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة في اداء العاملين بالمركز الجامعي مغنية. Abstract : This study aims to know theinfluence of the Total Quality Management with its dimensions (Senior management commitment,training and development , Decision making, Employee participation and motivation, continuous improvement) in Improving the performance of employees at the university centre Maghnia and it was relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where data were collected using a questionnaire that it was distributed to 60 employees the study sample, and 50 questionnaire were retrieved all of them are subject to study and analysis using the SPSS statistical program. Where the results indicated that there was a statistical significant effect of adopting Total Quality Management in Improving the performance of employees at the university centre Maghnia.
