مساهمة تمكين العاملين في الحد من الاغتراب الوظيفي – دراسة ميدانية -

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة التمكين في الحد من الاغتراب الوظيفي في مؤسسة الاسمنت بسور الغزلان لولاية البويرة،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، وتم استخدام برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التمكين بشقيه النفسي والإداري والاغتراب الوظيفي في المؤسسة المبحوثة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز أبعاد التمكين بنوعيه. كلمات مفتاحية:تمكين، تمكين إداري، تمكين نفسي، تفويض السلطة، اغتراب وظيفي. Abstract: The study seeks to identify the contribution of empowerment in reducing job alienation in the cement company in Sour El-Ghozlane in Bouira, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting, and the SPSS program was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between empowerment in its psychological and administrative parts and functional alienation in the researched company, and the study recommends the necessity of enhancing the dimensions of empowerment of both types.
