Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على تمكين العاملين بأبعاده (تفويض السلطة، الحرية و الاستقلالية، بناء فرق العمل، المشاركة بالمعلومات ) وأثره على الاستغراق لدى العاملين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية بلغت50 موظف، وتم الاعتماد برنامج spss واستخدم المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والأساليب الإحصائية، توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد تمكين العاملين الخاصة ببناء فرق العمل والمشاركة بالمعلومات على الاستغراق الوظيفي، وعدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد تمكين العاملين الخاصة بتفويض السلطة والحرية والاستقلالية على الاستغراق الوظيفي، وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها منح الصلاحيات وتوزيع المهام والمسؤوليات وكذا مشاركة العاملين في اتخاذ القرارات . The study aimed to identify The empowerment of workers with its dimensions (delegation of authority, freedom and independence, building work teams, Information Sharing) and its impact on the job involvement at the University kasdi merbah Ouargla, distributed the questionnaire to a random sample of 50 employees, was a program spss accreditation and used the descriptive and analytical and statistical methods, study found that there is a statistically significant impact of the empowerment of workers dimensions of building task forces and sharing information on job involvement, and sharing information on job satisfaction, and the absence of a statistically significant impact of empowerment of workers delegation of authority, freedom and independence of the job involvement
