محاولة تقييم أداء أدوات السياسة النقدية في تأثيرها على المتغيرات الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية للفترة 2000-2020

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتبيان أثر أدوات السياسة النقدية على التغيرات الحاصلة في الإقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2020 ، بعدما تميز بداية من سنة 2002 بسيولة هيكلية لتتخلله بعض التغيرات بعد الأزمة النفطية لسنة 2014 والأزمة الصحية لسنة 2020 . إلا أن السلطة النقدية تمكنت من التحكم في الكتلة النقدية وتعقييم السيولة الفائضة من خلال إتباع سياسة نقدية تقيدية , ليتم تغيير في نوع السياسة إلى توسعية بعد أزمة 2014 لتدارك الوضع ، إذا السياسة النقدية المتبعة تميزت بالمرونة والفعالية في التحكم في الوضع الإقتصادي السائد طوال فترة الدراسة. Abstract: This study aims to show the impact of monetary policy tools on the changes taking place in the Algerian economy during the period 2000-2020, after the beginning of 2002 was characterized by structural liquidity interspersed with some changes after the oil crisis of 2014 and the health crisis of 2020. However, the monetary authority was able to control the monetary mass and sterilize the excess liquidity by following a restrictive monetary policy, to change the type of policy to an expansionary one after the 2014 crisis to remedy the situation, if the monetary policy followed was characterized by flexibility and effectiveness in controlling the prevailing economic situation throughout the period studying.
