Résumé: Divorce may take place in a state of anger and impulsivity, and may be issued without the thought, discretion and perception of the consequences of the divorce and the consequent damages. In the text of Article 50, the wording needs to be amended and scrutinized, so as to clarify the provisions of divorce retroactive, because of its practical importance and impact on the family.
