تطور العلوم الطبية في عهد الخلافة الأموية في الأندلس وأثرها في تقدم الحضارة الإنسانية(300-400ه/912-1009م)

Résumé: الملخص: ساهم الأطباء العرب والمسلمون مساهمة فعالة في تطور العلوم الطبية خلال فترة ازدهار الخلافة الأموية في الأندلس، فعملوا على تطوير المستشفيات، وممارسة الجراحة، بل تعدَّ ذلك إلى تأسيس منهج تجريبي أصيل انعكست آثاره الراقية والرائعة على كافَّة جوانب الممارسة الطبيَّة وقايةً وعلاجًا، أو مرافق وأدوات، أو أبعادًا إنسانية وأخلاقية تحكم الأداء الطبي وقد كان لهم فيه إسهامات بارزة، كانت على نحو غير مسبوق شمولاً وتميُّزًا وتصحيحًا للمسار؛ حتى ليُخيَّل للمطَّلع على هذه الإسهامات الخالدة كأن لم يكن طبٌّ قبل حضارة المسلمين. لقد كان سبب هذا التطور ناتج عن حركة ازدهار حركة الترجمة خلال هذه الفترة وتوفر البيمارستانات إضافة إلى دور المؤسسات التعليمية في ذلك، لقد طور الأندلسيون العلوم الطبية وأضافوا إليها الكثير و الذي لا يزال مستخدما وصحيحا حتى اليوم Abstract : Arab physicians and Muslims contributed effectively to the development of medical sciences during the blossoming period of the Umayyad caliphate in Andalusia, so they strove to develop hospitals and practise surgery, and they went even beyond that by establishing an authentic experimental approach whose great and remarkable effects were fully reflected in all aspects of medical practices in both prevention and treatment, or in health cares facilities and tools, or in the human and ethical dimensions that governed medical performance, in which they made outstanding contributions, which were on an unprecedented way, comprehensive, distinctive and corrective to the trajectory so as the observer of those eternal contributions might imagine that there was no medicine before the Muslim civilization. The reason for that development was the result of the flourishing of the translation movement during that period and the availability of hospitals.( Bimarestan from persia origin), in addition to the role of educational institutions as well. Andalusians had developed medical sciences and added a lot to them, which are still used and valid, today. Europe has then benefited from this medical development reached by the Muslims of Andalusia. So, Europe has a great impact on the development of medicine today thanks to the development reached by the Muslims of Andalucía though many European researchers have not recognized the impact of Muslims on medicine.
