تقييم كفاءة نظام الصحة و السلامة المهنية في الحد من حوادث العمل دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيبenafor بحاسي مسعود خلال الفترة(2016-2014)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم مدى كفاءة نظام الصحة و السلامة المهنية في الحد من حوادث العمل في المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب ENAFOR- حاسي مسعود- حيث تعتبر مشكلة حوادث العمل و الامراض المهنية من بين المشكلات التي يجدر بالإدارة العليا الاهتمام بها و بذل المزيد من المجهود على اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة و الاجراءات الضرورية للتقليل منها قدر الامكان لآنه عند تطبيق قواعد و اجراءات الصحة و السلامة يقلل من الخسائر المادية و البشرية على المدى البعيد , وقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى تقييم فعالية نظام الصحة و السلامة داخل المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب في الحد من حوادث العمل باستخدام اداة الاستبيان حيث تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية قدرها 120 عامل ، كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة مع مسيري نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المؤسسة و توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: التزام الادارة بوضع برامج السلامة و متابعتها و تنفيذها ، ضعف الدورات التدريبية في مجال الصحة و السلامة المهنية التي لها دور كبير في تحسين اداء العاملين . The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of the occupational health and safety system in reducing the work accidents in the National Drilling Corporation (ENAFOR), where the problem of occupational accidents and diseases is one of the problems that the senior management should pay attention to and make more effort to take The necessary measures and measures necessary to minimize them as far as possible when applying the rules and procedures of health and safety reduces the material and human losses in the long term. This study sought to clarify the effectiveness of the health and safety system within the National Exploration Corporation using a questionnaire as a collection tool For information in the field study and use of the program for SPSS for data processing in the study sample and the use of statistical tables and interview them, and we have reached the most important set of results: Management commitment to develop, follow up and implement safety programs . Training courses in occupational health and safety have a major role in improving the performance of employees.
