أثر نظام الصحة والسلامة على حوادث العمل دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب Enafor 2016-2013
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية وإبراز دوره في الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل داخل المنشاة البترولية الجزائرية من خلال دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب ENAFOR 2013-2016 وقد سعينا من خلال دراستنا الى تبين مدي التزام المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب بتطبيق وتوفير الأنظمة والقوانين الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية وتحديد الدور الذي تلعبه الجهات المعنية في عملية الرقابة بهدف الوصول الى عمل بدون حوادث بالإضافة الى تقديم مقترحات وتوصيات ما من شانها ان تساعد في تطور الصحة والسلامة المهنية.ولمعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة، تم استخدم المقابلة والملاحظة لجميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالموضوع ) عدد الحوادث، نوع الأخطار و الفئات الأكثر تضررا......(،كماقمنابإدراج الجداولالإحصائيةوبرنامج EXCEL وكذامنهجدراسةالحالةالذيأثبتتدورنظام السلامة المهنية فيالتقليلمنالحوادثفي المؤسسة، وذلكبالتوصلإلىمجموعةمنالنتائجولعل أبرزهاتناقصالحوادثفيسنواتالأخيرة. This studyaims to identify the reality of the HSE "Health and safetyExecutive "atwork and highlightitsrole in reducing accidents and work injuries within the Algerian petroleumcompaniesthrough a fieldstudy of the National Exploration Corporation (ENAFOR). Throughourstudy, we have sought to show the commitment of the National Exploration Corporation to the application and provision of HSE mesures and rules, also to determine the roleplayed by the concernedauthorities in the control process in order to reach the zero accidents levelatwork, in addition to makingproposals and recommendationsthatwill help in the development of occupationalhealth and safety . In order to address the problem, the interview and the observation wereused for all relevant information (number of accidents, type of hazards and categoriesmostaffected ...). Wealsoincluded the statistical tables and the EXCEL program as well as the case studymethodologywhichproved the role of the Health and Safety system in reducing the Accidents in the company , by reaching a set of results, mostnotably the decrease in accidents in those last years..
