القضايا الوطنية والعربية من خلال جريدة البصائر (1935- 1956)

Résumé: The Association of Algerian Muslim Ulemas has taken the print media, especially newspapers, as a forum for reformist views and the response to its opponents, one of which is the al-basaer newspaper, which was considered the spokesman of the assembly and expressed its positions, it was created in December 1935. Al-Basaer expressed the positions of the association through a number of topics and articles dealing with different fields (political, intellectual, cultural, social and religious), with journalists characterized by objectivity and professionalism during a period marked by the pressure and arbitrariness of the French administration against the leaders and the militants of the association, however the diversity of the articles and the multiplicity of the subjects and the local, Arab and international stakes published on its pages in various domains make it one of the most widespread newspapers not only inside the country but also externally. The subject of this modest study highlights a number of local and Arab issues that came in the form of articles published on its two-stage pages, first from 1935 to 1939 and named the first series, the second from 1947 to 1956 the second series. The disciple of the founding law of the association of Ulema sees it as a religious, cultural, and social reform, but those interested in his articles note the political orientation of their elders, writers and journalists. The association has contributed to the sensitization of the national conscience and the homeland of the Algerians, that manifests itself through its fixed positions and its reactions to all the national, Arab and international questions, and the harassment and the arbitrary imposed on its and their monitoring by the administration is proof of the occupation of the statutes of the Algerian political scene, and the question that arises, which denies the existence of the association as a fundamental part of the national movement? and according to what interest ?.L'Association des Oulémas Algérien Musulman a pris la presse écrite , en particulier les journaux, comme un forum pour ses vues réformistes et la réponse à ses adversaires, l'un de ces journaux est le journal al-basaer , qui était considéré comme le porte parole de l'assemblée et exprimait ses positions , elle a été crée en décembre 1935 . Al-basaer a exprimé les positions de l'association à travers un certain nombre de sujets et d'articles traitant de différents domaines (politique, intellectuel, culturel, sociale et religieux), avec des journalistes caractérisés par l'objectivité et le professionnalisme pendant une période marquée par la pression et l'arbitraire de l'administration française contre les dirigeants et les militants de l'association , cependant la diversité des articles et la multiplicité des sujets et des enjeux locaux , arabes et internationaux publiés sur ses pages dans divers domaines en font l'un des journaux les plus répandus non seulement à l'intérieur du pays mais aussi au niveau externe . Le sujet de cette étude modeste met en lumière un certain nombre de questions locales et arabes qui sont venues sous forme d'articles publiés sur ses pages en deux étape, première de 1935 à 1939 et nommée la première série, la seconde de 1947 à 1956 la deuxième série. Le disciple de la loi fondatrice de l'association des Oulémas la voit comme une reforme religieuse, culturelle, et sociale mais les intéressés par ses articles notent l'orientation politique de leurs ainés, écrivains et journalistes. L'association a contribué à la sensibilation de la conscience nationale et la patrie des algériens , cela se manifeste à travers ses positions fixes et ses réactions à toutes les questions nationales , arabes et internationales , et l' harcèlement et l'arbitraire imposé sur ses dirigent et leur suivi par l'administration est la preuve de l'occupation du statuts de la scène politique Algérienne , et la question qui se pose , qui nie l'existence de l'association en tant que partie fondamental du mouvement nationale ? et selon quel intérêt?. اتخذت جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين من الصحافة المكتوبة والجرائد خاصة منبرا لها لنشر أفكارها الإصلاحية والرد على خصومها، ومن هذه الجرائد جريدة البصائر التي اعتبرت اللسان الناطق لها والتي أنشئت سنة 1935م . عبرت البصائر عن مواقف الجمعية من خلال عديد المواضيع والمقالات ، والتي تناولت مختلف الميادين (السياسية، الفكرية، الثقافية، الاجتماعية والدينية )، بأقلام تميزت بالموضوعية والاحترافية خلال فترة زمنية ميزها الضغط وتعسف الإدارة الفرنسية ضد شيوخ ومناضلي الجمعية ، إلا أن تنوع المقالات وتعدد المواضيع والقضايا المحلية والعربية والدولية ، التي نشرت على صفحاتها في شتى الميادين والمجالات، جعلها من أكثر الجرائد انتشارا لا في الداخل فحسب وإنما على المستوى الخارجي أيضا. إن موضوع هذه الدراسة المتواضعة تسلط الضوء على جملة من القضايا المحلية والعربية ، التي جاءت في صورة مقالات نشرت على صفحاتها خلال مرحلتين الأولى من ( 1935 إلى 1939 ) والمسماة بالسلسلة الأولى، والثانية من ( 1947 إلى 1956 ) والمتمثلة في السلسلة الثانية. المتتبع لقانون التأسيسي لجمعية العلماء يرى أنها جمعية إصلاحية دينية ثقافية واجتماعية لكن المتمعن لمقالاتها يلاحظ ذلك التوجه السياسي لشيوخها وكتابها وصحافيها . ساهمت الجمعية في بلورت الوعي الوطني والقومي للجزائريين ، ويظهر ذلك من خلال مواقفها وردود أفعالها الثابتة اتجاه كل القضايا الوطنية والعربية والدولية، وما المضايقات والتعسف المسلط على قادتها وأتباعها من الإدارة لا دليل على احتلالها مكانة ضمن المشهد السياسي للجزائر إبان الاحتلال، والسؤال المطروح فمن ذا الذي ينكر وجودها كقطعة أساسية في مسار الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية ؟ وماهي مصلحته في ذلك ؟ .
