تجربة الصحافة الجهوية في الجزائر صحيفة ( جنوب نيوز نموذجا )

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان: " تجربة الصحافة الجهوية في الجزائر" صحيفة جنوب نيوز" نموذجا" . - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة التجربة التي خاضتها "صحيفة جنوب نيوز" في الساحة الإعلامية الجزائرية. - استخدمت الباحثتان في هذه الدراسة أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في "المقابلة" و"تحليل المضمون" وكذا "التحليل الوثائقي"، والاستعانة بـــ "المنهج التاريخي" و"المنهج المسحي"، لدراسة مجتمع مكون من ثلاثة مجتمعات فرعية، أولا: مجتمع أعداد الصحيفة وعينته "عينة متعددة المراحل"، ثانيا: مجتمع الصحفيين العاملين بها وعينته قصدية، ثالثا: مجتمع الوثائق الإدارية المتعلقة بالصحيفة واستخدم فيه أسلوب المسح الشامل . لمحاولة الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية:  كيف كانت بداية صحيفة "جنوب نيوز" وكيف تطورت خلال فترة صدورها؟  ماهي المضامين التي ركزت عليها صحيفة "جنوب نيوز" وكيف قدمت للقارئ ؟  ما هي الوظيفة التي سعت صحيفة "جنوب نيوز" إلى تحقيقها ؟ من خلال عرض وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها:  أسست صحيفة جنوب نيوز سنة 2014.  إن المضامين التي ركزت عليها صحيفة جنوب نيوز هي المواضيع الثقافية والمواضيع الاجتماعية.  يغلب على صحيفة جنوب نيوز قالب الخبر الصحفي. سعت صحيفة جنوب نيوز إلى:  تغطية كافة مجريات الأحداث في ولايات الجنوب.  تبليغ إنشغالات المواطنين للمسؤولين.  خدمة الإعلام الموضوعي والمهني.  الحرص عللى نشر ثقافة السلم ونبذ العنف. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحافة الجهوية، الصحافة الجزائرية، جنوب نيوز. Summary Of Study The study, entitled: The Experience of the regional press in Algeria, "the South News newspaper is a model", aimed to know the experience of the "South News newspaper" in the Algerian media. In this study, the researchers used the data collection tools of interview and content analysis as well as documentary analysis, the use of the historical curriculum and the survey methodology, to study a community of three sub-communities, first: the newspaper preparation community and the "multi-stage sample", Second: The community of journalists working in it and appointed by the " Purposive sample", Third: The Society of Administrative documents related to the newspaper using the method of "comprehensive survey". To try to answer the following questions: 1- How was the beginning of the newspaper "South News" and how did it evolve during its release period? 2- What are the contents of the newspaper "South News" and how did it come to the reader? 3- What is the goal that the South News newspaper has sought to achieve? Through the presentation and analysis of the data obtained, a series of findings were reached, most notably:  The South News newspaper was found in 2014.  The contents on which the South News newspaper focuses are cultural themes and social themes.  The South News newspaper is dominated by the news press template.  The South News newspaper sought to do the following: -Covering all events in the southern states. -Communicating citizens ' concerns to officials. -Substantive and professional information service. -promoting a culture of peace and non-violence.
