التدخل العسكري المعاصر بين القانون الدولي والممارسة الدولية – العدوان المقنع – Contemporary Military Intervention Between International Law And Practice

Résumé: بعد الحرب الباردة عرفت الممارسة الدولية عدة تدخلات عسكرية تحت مسميات عدة ومبررات مختلفة من اجل إضفاء على هذه التدخلات العسكرية المشروعية الدولية لكن اغلب أعضاء المجموعة الدولية يعلمون ان هذه الاعمال ماهي الا عدوان بأتم معنى الكلمة مهما كانت الحجج والمبررات التي ساقتها الدول المتدخلة عسكريا والتي تخطت بهذه الافعال الاعراف الدولية والمبادئ السامية للقانون الدولي لما شكلته هذه التدخلات من خرق جسيم للشرعية الدولية. After the Cold War, international practice knew several military interventions under different names and justifications in order to give these military interventions legitimacy, but most members of the international group know that these actions are nothing but aggression in the full sense of the word, whatever the arguments and justifications put forward by the military interventionist countries, which went beyond this Acts International norms and the lofty principles of international law for the serious breach of international legitimacy constituted by these interventions.
