تسريح العمال لأسباب اقتصادية في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: يعتبر التسريح لأسباب اقتصادية أحد أسباب إنهاء العمل، وجاء هذا المبرر لتخفيف الأضرار التي جاءت نتيجة حدوث تغيرات في الأنظمة السياسية وكذا التطورات الاقتصادية، وقد أجازها المشرع الجزائري من خلال إجراءات يقوم بها صاحب العمل، وكذا إقراره لضمانات في حق العمال المراد تسريحهم. One reason for the termination of employment is the economic demobilization, which is to alleviate the damage caused by changes in political systems as well as economic developments, which was passed by the Algerian legislature through employer procedures, as well as the approval of guarantees for the right of workers to be demobilized.
