استراتيجيات مواجهة الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر بين المعالجة الإعلامية والتدابير الأمنية

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى تسليط الضوء على استراتيجيات مواجهة الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر؛ وذلك انطلاقا من أبعاد الظاهرة التي أخذت منحنيات تصاعدية خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، حيث أصبحت في بعض الحالات تشكل تهديدا للأمن الداخلي وتؤثر في كثير من الأحيان على العلاقات الدولية في إطار ما يسمى بسياسات الجوار خاصة مع الدول الأوربية. وأمام كل هذه التهديدات التي تخلقها الهجرة غير الشرعية للجزائر داخليا وخارجيا، فإن هذه الدراسة تحاول إبراز أهمية المعالجة الإعلامية للقضية من خلال إظهار دور الإعلام الجزائري سواء من حيث التغطية أو التوعية بمخاطر هذه الظاهرة، إلى جانب تبيان التدابير الأمنية التي يتم إتباعها أو يجب إتباعها من اجل على الأقل التقليل من مخاطر هذه الظاهرة ولما لا الحد منها. Abstract: This analytical study seeks to shed light on the strategies of combating illegal immigration in Algeria, based on the dimensions of the phenomenon, which has taken upward curves which in some cases pose a threat to internal security and often affect international relations within the framework of the so-called neighborhood policies, especially with European countries. In the face of threats posed by the illegal migration of Algeria internally and externally, this study attempts to highlight the importance of media treatment of the issue by showing the role of the Algerian media, both in terms of coverage or awareness of the dangers of this phenomenon, in addition to showing the security measures being followed to at least minimize the risks of this phenomenon
