درجة ممارسة أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية في منظمات الأعمال الجزائرية من وجهة نظر العاملين دراسة حالة وحدة خدمات ما بعد البيع( كوندور)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية من قبل القيادات الإدارية في مؤسسة كوندور (وحدة خدمات ما بعد البيع) من وجهة نظر العاملين في المؤسسة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانه ، وزعت على عينة عشوائية قدرها (40) استرجع منها (38) استبانه خضعت للتحليل الإحصائي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من أهمها:- أن درجة ممارسة القيادات الإدارية في محل الدراسة كان بدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر العاملين. - عدم وجود فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات العاملين بحسب المؤهل العلمي و الخبرة و السن. administrative leaders in Condor Foundation (After-sales services unit) from the point of view of employees in the organization, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 40 employees, out of which 38 questionnaires were collected back and submitted to statistical analysis. The study leads to a set of conclusions where the most important: one was that the degree, of practice of the ethical leadership dimensions by the administrative leaders, was high from the point of view of employees, in addition to the absence of significant differences in responses of workers, according to the scientific qualification, experience or age.
