مساهمة سوق الأوراق المالية في تــمويل المؤسسة الاقتصادية Stock Market Contribution To The Financing Of The Economic Institution

Résumé: إن الهدف الأساسي من معالجة هذا الموضوع هو محاولة تقديم إطار نظري يحدد ويعرف مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بسوق الاوراق المالية و كذا الأداء المالي ومؤشرات تقييمه وعلاقة سوق الأوراق المالية بالأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ، حيث ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على الربط بين متغيرين هما: (سوق الاوراق المالية والاداء المالي) وطرحنا الإشكالية التالية: ما هو دور سوق الأوراق المالية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ لقد أجبنا على هذه الاشكالية في هذا العمل أين أسقطنا مختلف المفاهيم السابقة على مؤسسة صيدال SAIDAL. حيث تبين لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن سوق الاوراق المالية تساهم نسبيا في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية. The primary purpose of addressing this issue is an attempt to provide a theoretical framework identifies and defines the various concepts related to the stock market and as well as financial performance indicators evaluated and the relationship between the stock market and financial performance of economic institution, where we have focused in this study on the link between the two variables are: (Securities Market and financial performance) and we raised the following problem: what is the role of the stock market to improve the financial performance of economic institution? We've answered this dilemma in the application chapter where we dropped all previous concepts Saidal Foundation . Where we show in this study that the stock market is relatively contribute to improving the financial performance of economic institutions.
